Glen is an experienced insurance professional with more than 20 years of experience within the Maltese insurance industry, with particular expertise in personal lines, motor insurance, motor fleets and household insurance.
He began his insurance career in 2002 as a Tied Insurance Intermediary, developing extensive experience in advising individual and commercial clients on their insurance requirements. Over the years, Glen has built strong technical knowledge of the personal lines market together with a reputation for professional, responsive and relationship-driven client service.
Glen joined Mulberry in 2023 to lead the establishment of the firm’s Santa Venera branch, playing an important role in expanding Mulberry’s physical presence and strengthening its retail distribution capabilities.
As Branch Manager – Santa Venera, Glen is responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of the branch, overseeing client service, business development and the delivery of Mulberry’s retail insurance proposition. He works closely with the firm’s Retail & Distribution practice to develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and maintain consistently high standards of service.
Glen is registered in the Brokers Register of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Banking and Management from the University of Malta.
Alongside his insurance career, Glen has gained additional business and leadership experience as a director within his family’s business. He is also an established football referee and has officiated at senior level within Maltese football, including matches in Malta’s top-tier league and various domestic league and cup competitions.
His combination of insurance experience, local market knowledge, leadership and strong client relationships makes Glen an important part of Mulberry’s retail distribution network and its continued development in the Maltese market.
