Our IT, has been developed to support smart working to keep our clients and insurers in touch. In addition, and as deemed possible, our office is always manned by a key person and the telephony system is ongoing including that clients and insurers can reach us.
In summary, we are well-equipped to put our clients first so that we can continue to deliver our service.
With that in mind, and with the interests of our clients at heart, we have ceased to receive clients at our office and we are using technology to replace face-to-face meetings. Please note that due to safety measures with immediate effect we would greatly appreciate that payments are to be made to us by internet banking facilities. Our bank details are noted on all invoices and statement of accounts.
This extraordinary situation is likely to be with us for some time and we are most grateful for the support of our clients. We remain available to support you in any way we can and we ask that you reach out to us using your normal contacts.
