Michelle Agius Portelli has been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) since May 2023. In her role, Michelle oversees the finance function and, alongside the Managing Director, manages the overall operations of the company. She is also responsible for the HR aspects of the business, ensuring smooth internal processes and alignment with the company's strategy.
Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta. Her professional background includes over 7 years of experience at a mid-tier audit firm, where she became a General Manager and shareholder at a young age. Prior to that, she spent another 4 years in a different mid-tier audit firm, specializing in various industries and gaining a well-rounded understanding of business operations.
